The BlueLink pilot project was co-ordinated by ECO-CLUB 2000 with the financial support from Milieukontakt Oost-Europa. The BlueLink Information Network was initially managed by a Steering Group according to the BlueLink Steering Group Constitution. It consists of representatives from founder organisations and three individual founders of BlueLink. The BlueLink Foundation is managed by an Executive Director and Executive Board.
